Previous 1 year I am using zoom. But the fault is at features and bugs. Many participants in the meeting will have been suffering due to unusual activities by unknown men.
I hope zoom would improve security and if the host is more authoritative then I hope the scammers would be caught. I request zoom to improve security policies and bug fixes. Please improve performance and try adding new features for educational purposes basic accounts. And try giving co-host option for educational based basic accounts. Rating 5 stars as the app is really good and had a variety of features which I and my colleagues use on a daily basis.
One feedback I would is to improve the display on phones. Like when you are in a team meeting via your phone, it shows just the speaker on the main screen and your picture on the top right. And you have to swipe to see other people and that too only 4 at a time. So, if you could utilise the available space on the main screen and display more people, that would be great.
